As an intelligent assistant m retrieves its data from various channels. He centralizes the retrieved data and manages the incoming requests. These can be e-mail requests or via the web form and brokers. Customer requests from different channels come in and are processed in m, after this they are passed on to the reservation system(s) of the hotel. This results in a new workflow in processing reservation requests while the hotelier stays in control of the proces. Our software relieves banquet sales employees (or reservations employees) from a large part of their work, making it possible for them to work faster and more efficiently. Because of m simple requests can now be processed fully automatically. Furthermore, m provides insight into how much work load is still left to do and maps this out for employees.
